We are offering 6 Free Licenses for this Course as an experiment. We want to see if a leader can get all the way through the coaching process without an external coach.
Why?
Our purpose as a business is to encourage every leader at every level to become the leader they were created to be. We believe every leader deserves this kind of encouragement from other leaders and to have someone in their life to encourage them (we call this person "a coach"). This means the coach will be willing to celebrate the leader's successes AND provide corrective feedback where the leader is struggling to encourage the leader.
Because of this, we are creating a self-paced learning module to add to our services. This is not intended to replace our 1:1 coaching offerings for CEOs and Senior Leaders or our Group Coaching offerings for Early Adopter Leaders. Instead, it is to augment and bring the coaching process to a broader group throughout the businesses we currently serve and the business leaders who don't fit our specific area of specialty. Our specialty is accelerating business growth through encouraging CEOs and Senior Leaders to develop coaching into every leader at every level in privately held businesses from $10MM to $1B.We utilize a unique and proven process for creating a cultural shift inside of these companies where the leaders grow faster than the problems they face and where sustainable profitable growth can happen inside of the businesses for years to come.
